One Year Warranty

Jewelfone is committed to providing the highest quality products. Our simple aim is to exceed your expectations. However, occasionally even we can’t avoid technical problems that result from the manufacturing process. That’s why we offer a full one (1) year warranty on all our products. This warranty guarantees that our product will be free from any defects in workmanships and materials from the point that they are sold. If the products are used in accordance with the instructions provided, they will remain free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Where products covered by this warranty are shown to be defective either in workmanship or materials (or both) Jewelfone will, at its discretion, replace them. If, at the time of a warranty claim, Jewelfone no longer manufactures the same product, Jewelfone reserves the right to replace it with a very similar product. Jewelfone’s liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product(s) and any incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded.

To safeguard your Jewelfone products please do not drop, sit on, or allow them to be immersed in water. Any damage or defect resulting from a failure to follow a product’s instructions, an accident, abuse, misuse, commercial non home-use, faulty ancillary equipment, standard wear and tear, misapplication, product modification, improper voltage or current, lightning or other acts of God, shipping damage or loss, damage to digital media players or damage caused by the actions of anyone other than Jewelfone are expressly excluded from this warranty.

Please note that using Jewelfone headphones will prevent you from fully hearing noise around you, regardless of listening volume, so please use caution when wearing them.

This warranty is not transferrable and only applies to the person who originally purchased the product.

This warranty shall not limit liability from Jewelfone for death or personal injury resulting from negligence by Jewelfone for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of terms implied in Section 12 of the Sales of Goods Act 1979.

From this warranty, specific legal rights arise, in addition to the ones afforded to you by the laws of your respective country. It is not the intention of this warranty to limit such legal rights.

Warranty Replacement Policy

For a warranty claim to be valid a proof of purchase must be provided to Jewelfone showing that that the Jewelfone product was purchased at one of Jewelfone’s retail stockists or purchased from www.jewelfone.co.uk within a one (1) year period.

To make a warranty claim please contact Jewelfone at openyoureyes@vidioh.co.uk and provide your name, full address, contact telephone number together with details of the relevant product details, place of purchase and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.

If the defect does fall within the terms of the warranty, you should send the product to Jewelfone together with the proof of purchase. Jewelfone will reimburse the cost of returning the faulty product, but we recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we unable to accept responsibility if the parcel containing your returned product is lost or damaged during delivery.

Any product returned to us without the original proof of purchase will not be replaced and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
