Returning Goods

We’re sure you’ll be delighted with your Jewelfones. However, if you should decide to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund. This is subject to the goods being returned in their original un-opened packaging along with a copy of your dispatch note. Once we have received the product(s) we will then reprocess your return and issue a full refund. Please note that this process can take up to 28 days.

If you want to return a product, please email us at returns@jewelfones.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. It is important that you do not post your product back until you receive a confirmation email from us agreeing to its return. Once you have received our email you can then post your product to us within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to pay the postage costs of returning the goods. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we unable to accept responsibility if the parcel containing your returned product is lost or damaged during delivery.

We are unable to refund items returned to us after 14 days and/or that are in an unsellable condition. So please ensure that any unwanted products are returned in their original un-opened packaging and in good condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

If a product is defective and breaches the terms of our 1 year warranty we will issue a full refund to you, subject to confirmation of the fault. We will also refund the postage costs incurred in returning the product to us.

Cancelled Goods

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel an order within seven working days of the date you receive the product. If you do want to cancel and order, you must inform us in writing, by sending an email to openyoureyes@vidioh.co.uk with the subject heading ‘Cancelled order’. You must also return the product to us as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost. We will process your refund as soon as possible and certainly within 28 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case your returned product is lost or damaged during delivery.
